20 Words to Self Acceptance

One of my mentors once said that we all seek acceptance, but the reality is that we won't always get it. For example, the fear of public speaking or lack of confidence is really all about a fear of rejection or fear of criticism. These fears of rejection or criticism could prevent you from asserting yourself at work, talking with someone you're attracted to or that fear may prevent you from being able to ask someone for help.
Going forward in life, I would like you to adopt the following elevated feelings and these are feelings that you provide to yourself. I would like you to live life with the feeling of self-acceptance, and that means accepting both your strengths and weaknesses. I would like you to live life and allow yourself to accept elevated feelings of appreciation and self-approval.
I would like you to create this attitude by saying the following to yourself, “I like me and I hope you like me, but if you don’t, I will not like myself any less.”
These twenty words will allow you to be more rejection proof and allow you to take risks that are necessary to insure your success and happiness.
I hope this helps you, if even in the smallest way, accept your true self, become more rejection proof and simply allow yourself to take things less personally and be the "YOU", you were meant to be.
If I can help in any way, let me know.
